Fibernova® Kestose

Kestose is a major short-chain fructooligosaccharide (GF2) produced from sugar and naturally found in garlic, onions, bananas, and other plants.1-3) As a prebiotic, it serves as a nutrient source for beneficial gut bacteria. Unlike conventional powdered or liquid dietary fiber ingredients, Kestose can also be produced in a high-purity crystalline form, enabling broader food application possibilities.
